2006    2007    2008    2009    System: Home Theater "I generally knew what I wanted in terms of delivered results with an audio visual home theatre system but was totally unsure and even confused about what products and brand names could deliver upon my expectations. What was even more mind-numbing, is who would do the install, provide the service, and how could I be sure it was done right? After shopping all of the "big box" electronic stores I became even more confused and weary about what people were trying to sell me. As I continued my quest for knowledge, a neighbor told me about Digital Innovations and the work (products and service) they performed. Acting on their referral, I contacted Digital Innovations to see what they could do for me. Chad Nichols (President) responded with an immediate appointment and personal visit to my home. I explained what it was I was looking for, what I was trying to accomplish, and the budget I had to work with-in. During the meeting, Chad brought me up to speed and educated me on the current home theatre / TV signal products and brands. I became knowledgeable about what features / components were simply marketing hype versus what would make a difference in product, sound, and picture quality. Once explained, Chad then presented a list of product and install options with associated costs that were complete and easy to understand. Each option was detailed with What, Why, Where, and How. When I made my decision the product and install was professionally completed on-time, in-full, to 100% satisfaction. While Digital Innovations was doing their work, I was also having DirecTV install satellite TV service. Unfortunately, I was totally disappointed in how DirecTV performed their wiring install. It was ugly. However, exceeding my expectations, Digital Innovations took the time to correct the DirecTV issues I had. At the end of the day I was more than satisfied with my new audio-visual home theatre / TV / Stereo system - in TOTAL! After everything was complete, Digital Innovations then took the time to not only program all of my systems into one central remote control, they also provided in-person training on how to work each component within the system. And better yet, if we had any questions thereafter, Chad and his team were (are) readily available with answers.
